Long time fan but crashes make me scream

I just recently got a new phone and unfortunately the data doesnt transfer! I had that phone for two years and got to level 52! At least I have something to do now. Every time a low battery notification pops up, which happens often, I get pushed out of the game in the middle of my fights! Please fix so I dont throw my new phone into the wall!!
